Sejak tampil di serial My Girl, nama Lee Da-hae seakan sudah identik dengan genre drama romantis. Namun, ternyata butuh waktu 2 tahun sebelum dirinya kembali tampil di layar kaca.

Telah diputar di Korea pada 19 Maret 2007 silam, wanita yang sempat tampil di Sweet 18 tersebut dipercaya sebagai pemeran utama di serial berjudul Hello, Miss. Kali ini, Da-hae mendapat lawan main aktor yang juga penyanyi terkenal Lee Ji-hoon yang sebelumnya pernah tampil di Wonderful Life.

Diambil dari teenlit terkenal Five Kimchi Dumplings, Hello, Miss mengisahkan tentang seorang gadis bernama Lee Soo-ha yang berasal dari keluarga yang telah dihormati secara turun-temurun. Kehidupannya mulai terganggu ketika putra seorang investor Hwang Dong-gyoo menawar rumah yang ditinggalinya dalam jumlah menggiurkan.

Masalahnya meski dilanda krisis keuangan, Soo-ha tidak berniat menjual rumahnya yang telah kuno dan memiliki 99 buah pilar. Asal tahu saja ketika Korea masih berbentuk kerajaan, hanya Raja yang diperbolehkan mempunyai rumah dengan jumlah pilar lebih banyak dari keluarga nenek-moyang gadis itu.

Bisa dibayangkan betapa kerasnya perjuangan Soo-ha untuk mempertahankan rumah warisan sekaligus menyelamatkan keluarganya dari kebangkrutan. Ditambah lagi, belakangan terungkap kalau nenek-moyang keluarga Dong-gyoo ternyata adalah salah seorang pembantu di rumah tersebut.

Sambil bercanda, wanita kelahiran 1984 tersebut menuturkan kalau dirinya adalah favorit para produser untuk genre komedi romantis. Meski sudah piawai membawakan peran sejenis, Da-hae menyebut kalau dirinya bakal serius berakting supaya para penggemar menyukai sosoknya seperti saat di My Girl.

Buat yang menyukai gadis ramah ini, Hello, Miss pastinya tidak boleh dilewatkan terutama di sejumlah adegan dimana Da-hae tampil elegan dengan pakaian tradisional Korea alias hanbok.
